The Business

TABERU, is the word in Japanese with the meaning of "EAT". The business was set up with the intention to have multiple food brands through our creation with primary focus on the consumers. We also work with international brands through our team who understands brand owners & their business vision.

The Founder

The company is founded by ms. cecilia neo san san together with mr. loh soo chuan. The day to day operations are managed by Ms. Cecilia Neo. She have more than 25 years of food & beverage experience working from hotels, quick service restaurants and fine dining restaurants. She has an outgoing personality and always believe in achieving customer satisfaction through great food, great service & a great smile. Ms. Neo manages her own human resource company for the last 12 years. She have serviced more than a thousand corporate clients in her portfolio. She has been helping clients in the food & beverage industry to source for talents & through her engagement, clients are able to expand their business locally & globally. Ms. Neo has a Master in Business Administration from Victory University & have a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Mr. Loh is another partner with vast experience in the hospitality industry. He has more than 30 years of experience in the industry including managing a hospitality school since 1997. He has helped many hotels, restaurants, coffeeshops & food establishments to attain the recognized workforce skills through his training centre. Mr. Loh is also actively involved in the business managing the training & development of the key operations staff. similarly, the school has trained more than 10,000 Students with the relevant qualifications to serve in the food & beverage industry. Mr. Loh has a Master in Business Administration from University of South Australia.
